Cylinder 2 Misfire on MK7

My 2017 MK7 (with about 38k miles) is having a cylinder 2 misfire, even after a recent carbon cleaning. It's really starting to test my patience! I've ruled out spark plugs and coils, and I don't think it's a fuel issue.
Any ideas on what might be causing this? I need some help before I lose my mind!

I ran the code yesterday, and it's throwing a P0302 code.
