Golf MK7 Won't Lock

Recently got the BCM in my MK7 upgraded, and now I'm running into an issue with locking the car. It unlocks just fine, but the locking thing is being stubborn. Has anyone else had this problem after a BCM upgrade? Any tips or adaptations that could fix this?

I had a moment where I thought my door lock was acting up, but it ended up being an easy fix. I hadn't fully popped the handle pull back into place on the door card, so the door wasn’t registering as closed. And when that happens, the system won’t lock, at least that’s what I’ve found. So if you're running into this, just make sure all the doors are properly shut or that you didn’t miss any door cards.
