JB4 on MK7.5 with Stock Clutch

Just slapped a used JB4 on my MK7.5 with a stock clutch. Right now, I'm running Map 1, but thinking about jumping to Map 3 soon. Kinda curious about trying Map 6, but not sure if my clutch can handle it. Anyone tried higher maps on a stock clutch? Any tips for tuning the JB4 would be awesome!

Map 6 is usually the more conservative map to protect the clutch. It's worth asking the previous owner if they ever modified it. If not, it's likely still set to the default, gentler tune.

The "how much can the clutch handle?" question is always a tricky one. I’d give Map 6 a try and see how it goes. If the clutch starts slipping, then it might be time to consider an upgrade. At least I'll know where the limit is

Nice! I haven’t tried it yet, but I know a thing or two. Map 3 should be fine with a stock clutch, but Map 6 might be pushing it unless you’re eyeing a clutch upgrade soon. Slowly bump up the maps and watch the clutch! Also, keep an eye on your AFR and boost for smoother tuning!
