For tires, I prefer those with sporty grooves for increased grip. Is there a particular brand or type that also focuses on handling performance?

Well to start off, I could suggest two Ultra High Performance tires perfect for all seasons... The Michelin Pilot Sport and the Pirelli P are two of the leading brands that fit your taste. Bridgestone is the only brand that I can think of that you described, although Michelin is also considered a premium in the tire industry.
